A little about me:

I’m 38 years of age and I was raised on the emerald shores of the un-ceded Coast Salish Territories.

I am a creative, a channel, a leader, a mess, a mover, a mother, a mystic, a feeler.

I am an Expander.

And I am the steward of The WYLD METHOD - a dynamic and elemental movement practice for your wild nature.

WYLD is deep medicine for the body, heart, and soul. It’s a rhythmic, intuitive, primal, and functional practice that stirs up remembrances from within.

Each time you meet yourself in the elements and pathways of the natural world, you unhook from what is false little more. So we move to return. We move to ignite. We move to clear. We move to ground. We move to train. We move for vitality and play and good sex and authentic connection. We move to pray. We move to heal. We move to resurrect. We move to FEEL.

And we remember how to move with the Wheel.

I’ve been facilitating intentional movement practices globally and in Vancouver BC for 13 years and counting. The WYLD METHOD is a coming together of 15+ years of somatic and energy studies.

I’m a trauma-informed yoga instructor and teacher trainer, an energy worker, a writer, an innovator, a doula, and a disruptor - all qualities and textures that inform the work I share.

It is through movement that I understand and process life. It is the language I speak most fluently. It is the medicine that pours out of me. I am committed to offering choice-based movement practices for ALL bodies and all beings. EVERYONE deserves to move and feel good doing so.
